PROJE YONETICISINDEN BEKLENTILER

Aşağıda değişik ilanlardan alınmış bir proje yöneticisinden beklentiler verilmiştir.
Ortak kriterler olarak :
  1. Proje kapsamını tanımlama (Project Scoping)
  2. Proje hedef ve çıktılarını tanımlama (Goals and Deliverables)
  3. Detay proje planı hazırlama (Planning)
  4. Bütçe planı ve önerisi getirme
  5. Bütçe ve takvim kontrolü
  6. Tedarik planı hazırlama
  7. İletişim planı ve iş verenleri düzenli bilgilendirme
  8. Projenin alt ve üst kadrolarıyla sağlıklı iletişim
  9. Değişimleri zamanında tespit ve bilgilendirme
  10. Projeyi bütçe, takvim ve kalite standartlarına göre yürütme

İlan-1 :
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

Role Summary/Purpose:Starting after the Proposal phase, the PM is responsible of the overall execution of the Power plant project in terms of contractual obligations: schedule, quality, and compliance with Contract scope as profitability of the project. He will ensure the necessary interfaces between the various entities involved within GE and between all the technical and functional departments within EPE by managing cross-functional teams. 

Essential ResponsibilitiesStarting from the Proposal phase, the Project Manager is responsible of the overall execution of the Power Plant Project in terms of contractual obligations: schedule, quality, and compliance with Contract scope as profitability of the project. Starting from the Design phase, he/she will lead the project through engineering, procurement, shipment, site installation and commissioning up to end of the warranty period.

  • Responsible for the strategic planning, administration, implementation and management of hospital turnkey projects for achieving sales targets.
  • Work as a team with different product managers in assigned region to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Accountable for assigned projects’ scope of work, schedule and budget.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective measures, and communicating with customers, assigned staff and business partners.
  • Project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource consolidation and coordination.
  • Establish professional relationship and communicate with key opinion leaders in different medical societies, MOH, and hospital groups.

Carry out the profit & loss responsibility 
Schedule, plan, monitor and control the projects 
Evaluate and manage risks and opportunities for the projects during project execution phase in accordance with project management guidelines 
Coordinate with clients/Consultants to successfully complete the project in time and quality 
Implement and coordinate Project plan for successful project execution; economic procurement and timely delivery of materials / equipment with the customer 
Involve the customer in decision-making process and provide regular information on project progress 
Create additional business opportunities
